Litigation Law Clerk: Colleen McCabe Ext. 236

Paralegal / Family Law Clerk: Kari Dafoe Ext. 265

Dan’s practice ranges from construction law to occupational health and safety and insurance subrogation.

After starting his legal career as a summer student at Baldwin Law, he spent two seasons with a Toronto-based employment law boutique then returned to his roots in Belleville to hone his practice at the firm where he began.

Dan’s personal endeavours in woodworking, home renovation and building lent themselves to working within the construction industry and now to representing builders’ legal interests. Work and volunteer experience within the health services sector have manifested into Dan’s health and safety, and insurance practices.

Outside the office, he pursues golf, skiing, snowboarding and rugby.
